Our Party is a great, glorious and correct Party.
“The force at the core leading our cause forward is our correct ideological, political and organisational line. The theoretical basis guiding our thinking is Marxism-Leninism”. If there is to be a political revolution in South Africa/ Azania, then there must be a revolutionary party. Without a revolutionary party, without a party built on the Marxist-Leninist revolutionary theory and in the Marxist-Leninist revolutionary style, it is impossible to lead the working class and the broad masses of the people against capitalism and corruption.
The African People’s Socialist Party (APSP) is here to assume the leadership of the socialist revolution in South Africa/Azania. Without this correct leadership, the cause of socialism cannot be victorious. A well-disciplined Party armed with the theory of Marxism-Leninism, using the method of self-criticism and linked with the masses of the people under the leadership of such a Party and a united front of all revolutionary classes and all revolutionary groups under the leadership of such a Party - are the main weapons with which we can defeat the capitalist establishment in our Country, our Continent and the entire World
No political party can possibly lead a great political revolution and win unless it possesses revolutionary theory and knowledge of history and has a profound grasp of the practical reality.
Our revolutionary leaders, Kwame Nkrumah, Thomas Sankara, Robert Sobukwe, Julius Nyerere, Patrice Lumumba, Amilcar Cabral etc, left an undying legacy in Africa. Patriotic, united and economically progressive, their undying legacy will always inspire and propel us to do even more for a free, united and prosperous Africa. We, in South Africa have a duty, a duty to liberate ourselves economically and socially because the total liberation of South Africa will usher into the liberation of the entire African Continent, which in turn will usher into the liberation of mankind.
